Summer Camp Policies & Procedures

Thank you for choosing Peritia Prep for your student’s summer learning experience. Our goal is to create a calm, supportive, and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, participating actively, and growing in confidence.

Please review the following information prior to the start of camp.

Drop-Off / Pick-Up

Students may arrive up to 5 minutes before camp begins.

To help maintain a smooth transition into instruction, we ask that students arrive on time whenever possible.

Parents/guardians are responsible for prompt pick-up at the conclusion of each session.

If someone other than a parent/guardian will be picking up a student, please notify us in advance.

Attendance & Absences

Because camp sessions run on a tight schedule, consistent attendance is encouraged.

If your student will be absent, please notify us prior to the session.

Illness Policy

Please keep students home if they are experiencing:

  • fever
  • vomiting
  • contagious illness symptoms
  • or any condition that may prevent comfortable participation

If a student becomes ill during camp, a parent/guardian will be contacted for pick-up.

Behavior Expectations

Peritia Prep is committed to maintaining a respectful, encouraging, and emotionally safe learning environment for all students.

Students are expected to:

  • treat peers and instructors respectfully
  • participate appropriately
  • follow directions
  • contribute positively to the group environment

If behavioral concerns arise, we will communicate directly with parents to work toward a positive resolution.

Technology Expectations

Camp sessions are intentionally low-tech and discussion-centered.

Students should not use phones or personal devices during instruction unless specifically requested for an activity.

Food & Drinks

Students are welcome to bring a water bottle and a snack. We will have a scheduled break about halfway through our 75-minute period.

Please notify us of any food allergies or medical concerns prior to the start of camp.

Photo Permission

Occasionally, photos may be taken during camp activities for general Peritia Prep marketing or social media use.

No student names or identifying information will ever be shared publicly.

Families may opt out of photo use on the student intake form.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited enrollment and small group sizes, camp tuition is non-refundable once a student’s space has been reserved.

If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with your family.
